ADRIENNE FARNHAM • Lancaster, PA
Adrienne first began to experience the peace of God when her husband developed serious, chronic health problems almost twenty years ago. Throughout the last two decades, God has increasingly become more precious to her as a rock and refuge to which she can flee and find rest.
PEACE OF GOD: THAT PASSES UNDERSTANDING
Philippians 4:7, And the peace of God, which surpasses understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. In the trials and valleys, a serenity knowing the Sovereignty and Love of the Father.

MARIANNE MONTZKA • Brooksville, FL
Having grown up at Calvary in Lansdale until I went off to College in MN, I am thankful for the solid foundation of Biblical truth from Calvary. Teaching women’s Bible studies through the years taught me a lot more and grew me spiritually more than I even knew. I am thankful for the opportunity to share today some of what God has taught me regarding being adopted by God in the spiritual sense and also contrasting and comparing adoption in our own lives with our son. Being at peace with God as one of His children will be the topic we will explore, entitled “No Longer Aliens”. This will be a study mainly taken from Ephesians chapter 1.
PEACE WITH GOD: OUR POSITION IN CHRIST!
Romans 5:1, Therefore having been justified by faith, we have peace
with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Our position changes
from alientated, to family of God – adopted!

CONNIE HORINE • Lansdale, PA
Connie loves the incredible hope of 2 Corinthians 3:18: “… beholding the glory of the Lord, [we] are being transformed into the same image.” With a continual need for much transformation, she stands amazed at God’s grace! She is thankful for the opportunity to have previously served with her husband Steve as a part of the ministry of Calvary Baptist Seminary (Lansdale, PA) and for continued opportunities to serve her Savior and to thank him for his abundant grace.
PEACE ON EARTH: LIVING PEACEABLY
Romans 12:18, If it is possible, a much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men.
